Raised in Saskatoon, Gordon and his wife, Christine Hrudka, have four children and are proud lifelong residents of the city. Gordon’s career in public service began in 2000 as a trustee for the Saskatoon Public School Board, later serving as chair. He then served three terms as a city councilor for Ward 5, followed by his election as MLA for Saskatoon Northwest in 2010.

Throughout his career, Gordon has held key roles such as Deputy Premier and Minister of Justice, always focusing on serving residents with integrity and dedication. Known for his ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, he has a proven track record of finding consensus on complex issues.

Saskatoon faces challenges like public safety, addiction, and homelessness. Gordon’s extensive experience and connections are crucial in finding cross-jurisdictional solutions, ensuring Saskatoon continues to lead in growth and innovation.
